Making the decision to go healthy is one thing. Putting it into practice is another. In this book, I hope to make the impossibility of a healthier future become, not only a possibility, but a reality to you. I hope to give you a realistic and practical view on your health and give you the tools to make little changes, one by one, bringing you to a place of victory and wholeness.
The areas addressed in the book include practical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I have also added some healthy recipes that I have personally tried and some help with symptoms.
