Are You Cream or Are You Sediment?

Cream always rises to the top and sediment always sinks to the bottom. So if you want to be at the top of your game in whatever you do, if you want to be the best, if you want to stand out, you’ve got to put your heart and your soul into what you do and then you will be cream.

But if you just do it as a job or you’re just doing what you need to do, just doing the bare minimum and it’s all up here, it’s in the head. There’s no heart in what you do and no passion in what you do, then you’ll be like sediment which always sinks to the bottom.

Or you can be like all that milk that’s in-between. You know, there’s not a lot of cream at the top, but there’s a whole bunch of milk there in the middle somewhere. You can just be that mediocre person and be like a whole bunch of people.

It’s crowded there in the middle. That’s just where the majority of people are – it’s those that are like the milk.

So be cream, rise to the top.
