Evaluated experience is a better teacher than experience alone. It’s not what you did that grows you. It’s what you learned from what you did that’s going to help you grow and develop yourself as a person. And having good role models to guide you will help you to accurately change what needs to change. Here are some questions you could ask yourself that promote reflection and some guidelines to choosing good role models.
